SL-420C is an eco-friendly line of non-hazardous, two-part, polyurethane adhesive used for the repair of synthetic turf seams. SynLok’s Adhesives Systems are packaged in cartridges that mix, using Mix-on-Demand technology, for seam repairs on synthetic turf fields. Our two-part urethanes are designed to mix and dispense the exact ratio of adhesive components to achieve superior bonding with no waste of materials. Remaining components in the cartridge are ready for your next application, simply replace the mixer and you are ready to do your next project.

For seam repairs, our SL-420C adhesive can bond in as little as 5 minutes. SL-420C is a fast-setting two-part adhesive designed to significantly reduce repair time. The SL-400 System includes a manual dispenser and the SL-400D System includes a high performance manual dispense, both dispense what you need, where you need it using the SL-420C adhesive with a cure time of 10 minutes.

For Repairs of failed seams, our SeamLok 400 and 400D Systems can bond in as little as 5 minutes. Imagine finding a damaged seam one half hour before game time and not having a delay.

The 520 system significantly reduces installation time. Time = Money: Save Time = Save Money. The SL-520 System includes a battery-powered dispenser that dispenses adhesive at a rate of 50 feet per minute using the SL-520C adhesive with a cure time of 20 minutes.
